Refund policy
Hassle free refund/replacement for damaged goods:
Our return policy offers a 30 day window (from the date of delivery) to return damaged or imperfect goods for a full replacement/refund. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or that has a production defect, please reach out to us right away to begin the free return process to receive a replacement, or full refund including all shipping. We encourage you to check your items as soon as they arrive, so that if there is an issue we can resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
How to initiate a damaged goods refund/replacement: easy as 1-2-3!
1. Please reach out to us via email at minkrescue@gmail.com with the subject line "damaged item"
2. We may ask you to snap a photo of the damage or defect so that we can determine if the issue was caused by shipping or by our production process. This helps us prevent future issues- but don't worry! We understand that sometimes there may be barriers to sending us a picture. You will still receive your refund/replacement even if you are unable to send a picture.
3. We will issue your refund or process your replacement within 72hrs!
Note: some items are unique/one of a kind, and it may not be possible for us to offer an exact replacement. In these circumstances, we will offer a closely matched replacement or full refund.
Return/refund for undamaged goods:
Our "buyers remorse" policy allows for the return of undamaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Under these circumstances, the buyer is 100% responsible for paying the return shipping*, and the refund will not be issued until we receive the returned items. Once we receive the returned items, a full refund will be issued within 24 hrs, including the original shipping cost.
*We reserve the right to refund the return shipping on a case by case basis. Refund of return shipping is never guaranteed under our "buyer's remorse" policy.
